COS is inviting applications for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Lidcombe team. The role focuses on pallet stacking, loading/unloading, staging and order picking in a busy warehouse environment.

You'll bring 1–2 years forklift driving experience, a High Reach licence, and a strong safety mindset. We value accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operation with Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years forklift driving experience.
• High Reach forklift licence required, experience essential.
• Strong safety awareness and understanding of warehouse OHS requirements.
• High attention to detail with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pallet stacking
• Loading and unloading
• Staging
• Pick packing
• Inbound and inventory duties (receiving, putaways, replenishment)
• General warehouse duties as needed
