Essential Recruitment & Consult is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for Crestmead, QLD. You will operate a Crown joystick high reach forklift to replenish stock and putaways while using a PDA/RF scanner for inventory control.

Role requires a valid LF forklift license, physical fitness to lift up to 20kg, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Onsite work with day or afternoon shifts available.

Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team based in Crestmead, QLD. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate stock levels through efficient replenishment and putaway processes.

This position is ideal for a confident operator who is comfortable working independently while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Crown joystick high reach forklift for stock replenishment and putaways.

• Utilising a PDA / RF scanner for inventory management and location tracking.

• Performing manual handling tasks, comfortably lifting items up to 20kg.

• Working autonomously and managing your daily tasks efficiently.

• Adhering to all site safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

Key Requirements

• Valid LF Forklift License (essential).

• Proven experience operating a Crown joystick high reach forklift.

• Experience using PDA / RF scanners in a warehouse environment.

• Physically fit and capable of comfortably lifting up to 20kg.

• Ability to work reliably without direct supervision.

Important Onsite Assessment & Training Info

Competency Assessment: All candidates must successfully complete an onsite High Reach practical competency assessment prior to commencing work.

Training Period: During the initial onboarding period, you will temporarily work day shifts starting around 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM. Once fully trained, confident, and signed off to work autonomously, you will transition to your fixed shift time.
