Job summary

Home Delivery Services is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for its Eastern Creek warehouse in NSW. These casual roles offer a genuine pathway to full-time employment for reliable, high-performing team members.

AM and PM shifts are available, with a mix of put-away, replenishment, and stock movement tasks. You’ll operate high reach forklifts, manage put-away and replenishment, and use RF scanning/WMS to ensure accuracy and throughput.

Qualifications

• Current LF forklift licence with high reach operating experience.
• Double deep racking experience highly regarded.
• RF scanning and WMS experience.
• Ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy or safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklift equipment safely and accurately, including at height and within double deep racking.
• Complete put-away and replenishment tasks to meet throughput and accuracy targets.
• Use RF scanning and WMS systems to manage stock movements in real time.
• Keep racking and pick faces replenished so the operation stays supplied throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team and report any stock, racking, or equipment issues.
• Follow all WHS requirements and safe work procedures at all times.

Casual | Pathway to Full Time | AM & PM Shifts Available | Monday to Saturday

HDS is looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our Eastern Creek team, supporting major retail and convenience clients in a fast-paced operation. These are casual positions with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for reliable, high-performing team members.

You’ll be working in a busy warehouse environment, keeping stock moving between receiving, racking, and pick faces so our teams and clients can keep up with demand. Our racking is double deep, so double deep experience will be highly regarded. The AM shift focuses on put-away and replenishment, while the PM shift is predominantly replenishment - so we’re looking for operators who are comfortable working to targets and maintaining accuracy at pace.

Shifts Available:

• AM Shift - 5:00am start | Monday to Friday | Put-away and replenishment
• PM Shift - 1:00pm start | Rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday | Predominantly replenishment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklift equipment safely and accurately, including at height and within double deep racking
• Complete put-away and replenishment tasks to meet throughput and accuracy targets
• Use RF scanning and WMS systems to manage stock movements in real time
• Keep racking and pick faces replenished so the operation stays supplied throughout the shift
• Work collaboratively with the wider team and promptly report any stock, racking, or equipment issues
• Follow all WHS requirements and safe work procedures at all times

You’ll Bring:

• A current LF forklift licence with proven high reach operating experience - double deep experience highly regarded
• Confidence and proficiency operating at height
• RF scanning and WMS experience
• The ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy or safety
• Availability for either the AM roster (Monday to Friday) or the PM roster (rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday)
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy
