Home Delivery Services in Clayton South, VIC is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator for our depot team. If you have at least 12 months of high reach experience and a current LF licence, we want to hear from you.

You'll operate in a fast-paced ambient warehouse, manage stock movements with RF scanning and WMS, work at height, and join a depot team focused on accuracy, safety and reliable attendance. Casual roles with a pathway to full-time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklift equipment safely and confidently, including at significant working heights

Home Delivery Services – Clayton South VIC

We have an opportunity for a High Reach Forklift Operator to join our Clayton depot team. Whether you’re a seasoned operator with solid hours under your belt or you’ve been building your high reach experience over the past 12 months or more, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be operating in a fast-paced ambient warehouse environment, working at height and managing stock movements with precision. This is a role where you’ll need to be comfortable at elevation and confident in what you’re doing – but we’re open to operators at different stages of their high reach journey provided you have at least 12 months of hands‑on experience.

We’re ideally looking for people who can commit to approximately 5 days per week across a Monday to Friday roster, with occasional weekend shifts also available. Shift times are approximately 7:30am to 3:30pm, though as a casual role shift availability may vary week to week based on operational requirements. These are casual roles with a genuine pathway to full‑time employment for the right candidates.

You’ll Bring:

• A current LF forklift licence with at least 12 months of high reach operating experience
• Growing confidence operating at height – you’re comfortable working at elevation and keen to develop further
• Solid RF scanning and WMS experience – ability to manage stock movements accurately
• A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance every shift
