Job summary

Our Brisbane-based distribution centre is hiring a High Reach Forklift Operator. The role supports warehouse logistics, inventory control, and high-bay racking in a state-of-the-art DC near Brisbane Airport. Open to temporary, full-time, or casual with view to permanent placement.

The position offers an hourly pay rate of AUD 34.00–40.00, with shift time-dependent allowances. Applicants must hold a valid LF licence and have demonstrated high-reach forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian LF Forklift License (essential).
• High Reach forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts safely in narrow aisles and perform put-aways.
• Conduct replenishment, stock retrieval and order staging in a high-volume DC.
• Adhere to site HSE standards and maintain housekeeping.

About the Role We are currently seeking experienced and reliable

High Reach Forklift Operators to join a state-of-the-art Distribution Centre based in the Brisbane Airport precinct . Working with a global leader in energy management and electrical solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting warehouse logistics, inventory control, and high-bay racking operations. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently in narrow aisles. Perform put-aways, replenishment, and stock retrieval in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• RF scanning and inventory management using warehouse management systems. Assist with inbound receiving, dispatch loading/unloading, and order staging as required. Adhere strictly to site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and housekeeping guidelines.

Key Requirements

• Valid Australian LF Forklift License (essential). Proven
• High Reach experience (minimum 1 year in high-bay warehouse environments). Experience using RF scanners. Strong commitment to workplace safety and zero-harm practices.
• Good physical fitness and comfortable working at height. Reliable transportation and flexible availability for Day or Afternoon shifts.
