Qualifications

• Trade qualification or apprenticeship in automotive mechanics.
• Experience working on performance vehicles or race engines.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and workshop machinery.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to test drive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain high-performance vehicles and race-prepared engines.
• Perform mechanical inspections and identify issues affecting performance, safety and reliability.
• Conduct servicing including oil changes and component replacements to specifications.
• Assemble, rebuild and modify performance engines and transmission systems.
• Test and tune vehicles, including dyno testing and on-track validation where applicable.
• Fabricate and install custom performance components and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and labour hours.
