Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Warehouse Assistant on a casual basis with immediate start. Earn $35.11 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation and a $22 daily travel allowance, with typical weekly earnings of $1,400+ and weekly pay every Thursday.

The role involves diverse site work across commercial and residential projects, plus opportunities to secure permanent employment with reputable employers. Must have White Card, 12 months of labouring or TA experience, and a current driver licence.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card required.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work across industries including landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs and more.
• Site prep, cleaning, wheelbarrow work and material handling.
• Assist qualified tradespeople and perform general labouring duties as required.
• Site clean-ups and final cleans, packaging and stacking tasks.
