Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a skilled General Labourer or Trade Assistant for ongoing casual assignments across construction, landscaping and industrial sites in Queensland. Immediate start with reliable weekly pay and regular shifts.

You'll perform site prep, material handling, assist tradespeople and comply with PPE and safety requirements. 12 months' experience, White Card and a valid driver licence are preferred for steady opportunities leading toward permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or trade assistant roles.
• Construction White Card.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required
