Job summary

A privately owned, family-run general practice in Preston is seeking a General Practitioner to join a mixed billing clinic serving a loyal local patient base. The role offers autonomy within a supportive, private clinic and full nursing support in a modern clinical setting.

This opportunity provides strong patient demand, with a 70% mix billing option or a $200/hr guaranteed rate on commencement, and flexible full-time or part-time arrangements to suit you.

Qualifications

• FRACGP or equivalent Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years Australian general practice experience.
• Comfort working in a mixed billing clinic environment.
• Strong patient communication skills and a commitment to quality care.
• Women’s health interests desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-focused general practice care within a mixed billing environment.
• Manage a high-demand appointment schedule with an established Preston-based patient population.
