Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers and Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across commercial and industrial sites in New South Wales. Earn $35.11 per hour plus superannuation, a daily travel allowance, and weekly pay with immediate start opportunities.

Typical duties include site prep, material handling, unloading containers, assisting trades, and returning to a range of projects from landscaping to warehouse fit-outs.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Own PPE: steel‑capped boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and hi‑vis clothing.

Responsibilities

• Assist across commercial and residential sites.
• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials and digging/trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials and packing/stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople and general labouring duties as required.
