Job summary

Ascend Recruit in Sydney is seeking an experienced Architect to contribute across design, documentation, coordination and delivery, with a focus on heritage, conservation and adaptive reuse. You don't need to be a heritage specialist, but a genuine interest in significant buildings and places is essential, along with strong technical capability and collaboration.

Qualifications

Approximately five or more years of architectural experience.
Registered or interested in becoming registered.
Strong design, documentation and consultant coordination skills.
Knowledge of the NSW planning and development framework.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop.
Organised, collaborative and attentive to detail.
Genuine interest in heritage, conservation and adaptive reuse.

Responsibilities

Contribute across design, documentation, coordination and delivery.
Collaborate with team of architects and heritage professionals on project outcomes.
Assist in approvals and project delivery stages.
Support learning and knowledge transfer within the practice.
