A leading training organisation in Melbourne is seeking experienced Heavy Vehicle Trainer & Assessors for a permanent full-time position. Candidates will deliver training and assessments in line with VicRoads requirements, mentor new operators, and continue their professional development. Applicants should hold relevant accreditation, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and a current Heavy Rigid driver licence. The role offers a structured incentive scheme and a great work environment.
Stay Upright, the pioneer of motorcycle rider training, is a nationally recognised training organisation, that has recently expanded its operations into Heavy Vehicles with the acquisition of Advanced Heavy Vehicle Driver Training, based in Tullamarine.
We are now seeking to expand our team of experienced Heavy Vehicle Trainer & Assessors.
Permanent Full-Time position with the option for a 9-day fortnight. Alternative part-time arrangements may also be considered for the right candidate.

Deliver training and assessment in Heavy Vehicle in line with compliance requirements of VicRoads.
Guide and mentor new operators with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Continue your development to become a trainer and assessor in a range of Heavy Vehicle courses.
Represent Stay Upright’s 40-year legacy of safety, professionalism, and fun.
Accreditation to train & assess in Heavy Vehicles under VicRoads.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
Current driver licence (with Heavy Rigid or above).
Extensive practical experience within the transport or training sector.
Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
