Job summary

The Brown and Hurley Group is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician in Mackay to diagnose and repair electrical faults on Kenworth and DAF trucks. You will install and service electrical components, air conditioning systems, and perform pre-delivery work while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Diagnose electrical faults on trucks and trailers.
Test and overhaul components, wiring and related systems.
Install and repair air conditioning and electrical components.

Responsibilities

Diagnose electrical faults / issues on vehicles and trailers
Carry out component testing/overhauling, electrical wiring and all other technical work on vehicles and trailers
Install and repair air conditioning systems
Pre-delivery installation and preparation
Check own work to meet manufacturers' requirements
Provide exceptional and professional customer service
