Job summary

JR Richards & Sons in Dubbo is seeking a Heavy Rigid Driver for Liquid Collection & Processing. You will safely collect, transport and process liquid waste across the Dubbo region, operating specialised equipment and modern vehicles to support local communities and businesses.

The role emphasises safety, environmental compliance and customer service, with full training provided. You will follow scheduled routes, perform daily vehicle inspections, and work as part of a professional team to uphold

Qualifications

Unrestricted HR Licence.
Satisfactory RMS driving record.
Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
Reliable and punctual work ethic.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in liquid waste collection, vacuum truck operation, wastewater services or a similar field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Operating liquid waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently
Collecting, transporting and unloading liquid waste in accordance with environmental regulations and company procedures
Following scheduled routes, run sheets and mapping systems
Operating pumps, hoses and associated collection equipment
Completing daily vehicle, equipment and safety inspections
Using onboard vehicle technology and systems
Maintaining high standards of customer service when interacting with residential, commercial and industrial customers
Complying with safety, environmental and company procedures
Working as part of a supportive and professional team
