Job summary

UGL CPB Humelink West is seeking an experienced Heavy Plant/Diesel Mechanic to join the Plant and Equipment team on the HumeLink West project. You will maintain, service and repair a diverse fleet across a major infrastructure program, diagnosing faults and performing preventative maintenance.

This FIFO/DIDO role operates on a 2:1 roster, based at Tarcutta, NSW. All flights, accommodation and meals are provided. Locals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Construction Whitecard
• Trade qualification - Cert III
• Driver's licence
• Proven experience on construction-based projects
• Experience repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles, light vehicles, earth moving equipment or mobile plant
• High risk work licenses advantageous
• Pre-employment medical

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair a diverse fleet of light vehicles, heavy mobile plant and equipment across a major infrastructure project.
• Diagnose faults, respond to breakdowns and carry out preventative maintenance.
• Work as part of an experienced team to keep operations safe and efficient.
