Job summary

Charles Hull Contracting is seeking a Heavy Haulage Transport Operator in Western Australia to safely operate heavy haulage trucks and equipment, transporting oversized loads across project sites.

You will perform pre-start inspections, secure loads per regulations, and work on an on-call roster with possible weekend shifts. A HC/MC licence is desirable, with safety training and a strong work ethic valued.

Qualifications

• You will have demonstrated experience on heavy haulage trucks.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (HC/MC classes are desirable).
• Forward thinking / Planning.
• Construction Safety White Card (not essential, but highly regarded).
• MSIC (not essential, but highly regarded).
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Safety focused mindset with a solid work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of heavy haulage vehicles and equipment.
• Perform pre-start inspections and load securing per regulations.
• Transport oversized and specialised loads across project sites and customer sites.
• Maintain safety and compliance on all transport activities.
