Emmetts is recruiting Heavy Diesel Mechanics / Service Technicians to service and repair John Deere machinery across 15 branches in Victoria and South Australia. You’ll earn between $42 and $65 per hour, with vehicle and penalty rates depending on experience.

The role offers structured pay levels, clear progression, and industry-leading training via John Deere University. Sponsorship may be available for qualified trades, and you’ll work with a supportive team focused on keeping farmers farming.

Qualifications

• Certificate III trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence using computers and Microsoft applications.
• Sponsorship may be available for fully qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Support local growers with John Deere machinery across branches.
