Job summary

Marble Group is seeking qualified heavy mechanical technicians to join a permanent role at a large open pit coal mine near Gunnedah, NSW. You will contribute to maintenance on mining equipment and work within a skilled crew on CAT trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, and excavators.

The role offers a 7:7 roster (days and nights), DIDO accommodation and meals, modern workshop facilities, and ongoing training to advance your mining career in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years post trade experience on heavy vehicles, civil plant or mining equipment.
• Trade qualifications in a heavy mechanical Cert III.
• Ability to work in a workshop or field service environment.
• Good understanding of CAT machinery and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Role may be workshop, field service, or both depending on skills.
• Work with an experienced crew on CAT trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, and excavators.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
