Myndshift Group is sourcing experienced Diesel Fitters for ongoing Bowen Basin mine-site work based in Mackay, Australia. Roles include heavy diagnostics, servicing and field service on heavy mobile plant across multiple sites.
The opportunity offers 7:7, 2:1, 3:1 rosters with options for embedded site work or floating assignments, plus paid DIDO travel and a mine-site ute package. Committed teams and long-term arrangements are supplied.
Qualifications
- Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter or equivalent required.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Experience with mining or mobile plant equipment.
- Current Driver's Licence and safety-conscious
- Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
Responsibilities
- Diagnostics, servicing and repairs on heavy mobile plant.
- Preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
- Maintenance, rebuild and field service support.
- Work safely within site-based teams and maintain compliance.

About You

- Strong commitment to safety, reliability and quality workmanship
- Current Driver's License
- Ability to work across Bowen Basin mine sites as required
