Job summary

AWE is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to support HME maintenance operations across the Bowen Basin. The role involves breakdown response, component change-outs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on Mobile plant, Draglines & ancillary equipment.

Successful applicants will hold Australian Working Rights, a heavy diesel/mobile plant trade certificate, and a current driver's licence, with strong fault-finding skills and mining experience.

Qualifications

• Australian Working Rights required.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with mining and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown response, diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding.
• Strip, assess, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
• Perform component change-outs, rebuilds, and major repairs on mobile plant, draglines and ancillary equipment.
