Health & Wellness Manager - Bundha Sports Centre

Clublinks Management has been appointed to manage and operate the brand new Bundha Sports Centre in Fitzroy North. This state‑of‑the‑art complex includes a café, gym, multiple levels of mixed‑use courts, and multipurpose spaces. Described as a model for sustainable urban infrastructure, this all electric, 5‑star green facility will be home to multiple sports, including basketball, netball, volleyball and futsal plus provide a place for the community to connect and pursue other health & wellness initiatives.

We will adopt a staggered approach to opening with full operations expected by February.

We are seeking to appoint the inaugural Health & Wellness Manager for this facility who will truly be a part of something special for the Fitzroy North Community.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Health & Wellness Manager to lead our health & wellness operations at Bundha. This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about health, fitness, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

People Management / Leadership

Health & Wellness Programming

Group Fitness across the venue

Customer Experience

Reporting and analysis of key business drivers and KPIs

Development and growth of Allied Health offerings – including contractor management

Managing key relationship with H&W suppliers

Membership attraction and retention campaigns

Continuous improvement and innovation across program and product offering

Operational systems, policy & procedural development and management

About You

You have led large teams and flourished in busy active environments.

Have significant experience managing all aspects of the health and wellness portfolio within sport and recreation facilities or similar.

You have a member / customer led ethos and are committed to ensuring exceptional customer service.

Commercially astute with a great understanding of the key metrics required to operate successfully.

Ability and experience to deal with a variety of customer and community events.

Passion for creating healthier communities including increasing membership and outreach.

Ability to work a varied roster with opens, closes and weekend work.

Marketing and Business development skills.

Possess at minimum a Certificate IV in fitness or equivalent.

Adopt an energetic and vibrant approach.

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
