SA Health's Lyell McEwin Hospital in Elizabeth Vale, SA, seeks a skilled Business Consultant (ASO6) to drive operational improvement across the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to develop business cases, financial analyses and performance reports that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, consulting or operational improvement within a complex organisation.
• Strong skills in financial modelling, reporting and the interpretation of performance data.
• Proven ability to prepare high-quality business cases and briefing documents for senior audiences.
• Experience navigating the reporting frameworks and accountability structures common to SA Health or a comparable public sector environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across both corporate and clinical teams.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, health management, finance or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders across NALHN to identify, analyse and support business improvement initiatives.
• Develop business cases, performance reporting and financial analysis to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate planning activities and contribute to project governance across the Lyell McEwin Health Service.
• Build productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
