Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, Law, or Psychology
• Master's or postgraduate degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) or Integrated Management Systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
• English language at B2 level
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools (PowerBI) preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments at work centers and workstations, identifying potential safety risks and prevention measures
• Update risk prevention plans for each business division and ensure alignment with operations
• Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations across projects and units
• Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions
• Ensure consistent implementation of the corporate risk prevention protocol
• Translate corporate objectives into operational risk management actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor corrective actions from audits and inspections
• Conduct periodic site visits to verify safety measures and effectiveness of actions

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conduct risk assessments at work centers and workstations, identifying and documenting potential safety risks and other prevention measures, tailored to the specific needs of offices, maintenance areas, and real estate projects. 2. Update and adjust specific prevention plans for each business division, ensuring that the measures and procedures respond to the specific characteristics of the area. 3. Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in operations and strategic projects, with special attention to the mobility, logistics, and construction operating units. 4. Investigate accidents in collaboration with other team members, analyzing root causes and proposing corrective and preventive measures to avoid future incidents. 5. Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with the corporate occupational risk prevention protocol across all areas and businesses. 6. Adapt and translate corporate strategic objectives to the specific needs of each business, effectively integrating them into operational plans. 7. Collaborate with corporate areas and business leaders to develop and monitor corrective actions resulting from assessments, audits, and supervisions. 8.
