Job summary

Murdoch Children’s Research Institute is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the National Allergy Centre of Excellence (NACE) in a 12-month contract. The role focuses on project reporting, budget management, and stakeholder engagement across a leading health research network.

The successful candidate will oversee budgets, manage agreements, and coordinate reporting for government funders and donors, with opportunities for professional development and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, project management, public health, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Leads to support the NACE planning, reporting and impact framework.
• Support project budget reporting through MAGIQ and PowerBI.
• Lead internal and external stakeholder and donor reporting.
• Manage NACE sub-awards and agreements, including reporting, invoices and amendments.
• Coordinate and lead preparation for key stakeholder meetings, including the Strategic Council, Leadership Group, Stream meetings
