Every day we transport millions of tonnes of critical freight around the country for our customers.

We’re now looking for a Health Services Team Coordinator to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract of up to 7 months. Reporting to the Health, Medical and Workers Compensation Manager, the Health Services Team Coordinator works as part of a small team to assist with administrative tasks by the Health Service and Injury Management team for Pacific National. Working with key operational stakeholders, this role will support the management of health and wellbeing administrative tasks, injury management and workers compensation across a nationally dispersed operational business.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support to Health, Medical and Workers Compensation team.
  • Support the monitoring and administrative requirements for occupational hygiene requirements.
  • Administration of health promotion, health surveillance, drug and alcohol and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Compiling reports with regards to health and workers compensation performance.
What You’ll Bring
  • Relevant experience in either Health and Wellbeing administration or Workers Compensation, ideally within heavy industry and an operational environment, and/or relevant experience in medical or allied health administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative tasks within a health or workers compensation setting, including booking appointments, reporting and communications to members of a large organisation.
  • Strong safety and quality mindset
  • Stakeholder management skills including negotiation, facilitation and influencing.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
