Job summary

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is seeking motivated individuals to join the Health Information Services Team. The role is Full Time, Fixed Term until 7 February 2027, with 80 hours per fortnight including ADO accrual.

NHW provides extensive acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services in the Central Hume region. Applicants should have excellent customer service, sound telephone technique, and the ability to work well in a team, showing initiative to meet daily tasks and departmental

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

NHW is seeking highly motivated individuals to join the Health Information Services Team. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills including sound telephone technique, the ability to work well within a team environment, the ability to show initiative by meeting daily tasks and departmental goals and accuracy in filing and retrieving records.

Previous experience in a busy customer service environment and administrative duties within a medical setting are preferable.
