ANZSOG is seeking a visionary Head, Teaching & Learning to lead the design and delivery of premium programs that build capability and trust in government across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

This pivotal role drives innovation and quality across ANZSOG’s accredited and executive education portfolio. You’ll set the strategic direction for teaching and learning, champion evidence-based andragogy, and harness cutting‑edge digital and blended approaches to create transformative experiences for senior public leaders. From adaptive learning technologies to immersive design, you’ll ensure ANZSOG remains at the forefront of global best practice.

As a thought leader and collaborator, you’ll work with faculty, practitioners, and partner agencies to embed inclusion and First Nations and Māori perspectives in every program. You’ll lead a high‑performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
