Data Sentry is seeking an experienced educational leader to join the Primary School as Head of Teaching and Learning – Primary. The role focuses on lifting teaching practice, improving student outcomes and embedding the College's Islamic ethos across the academic program.

The successful candidate will lead Academic Leadership & Improvement, Teaching & Learning, Lesson Observation & Teacher Development, and Collaboration & Communication, while ensuring curriculum planning aligns

Qualifikationen

• Appropriate qualifications in Primary Education or a related discipline.
• Current NESA accreditation or eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Provide strong instructional leadership across the Primary School.
• Analyse student achievement data to identify priority areas and lead interventions.
• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality teaching and learning programs.
• Conduct regular lesson observations and provide feedback for teacher growth.
• Lead professional learning and collaboration across staff.
• Strengthen integration of Islamic ethos and Arabic language learning across the Primary experience.
