Job summary

Melonba High School is seeking an experienced educator to join the NSW Department of Education as a senior teaching leader. The role focuses on leading teaching staff to innovate and improve learning practices, with emphasis on curriculum development and student welfare.

You will use data analysis to drive instructional decisions, mentor staff, and foster a collaborative, inclusive school culture across Years 7–10 (with continued growth toward Year 11).

Qualifications

• Unconditional full approval to teach in NSW
• Extensive knowledge of NSW curriculum and contemporary pedagogical strategies
• Experience leading and mentoring teaching staff to innovate and improve outcomes
• Ability to use data analysis to drive instructional decisions and improvement
• Strong communication with students, staff, parents and the school community
