About the role

You will lead the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of Cbus’ enterprise risk system, Archer, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.



  • Ensuring our Enterprise Risk Management platform supports effective risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Ensuring data integrity, governance, and analytical capabilities meet internal and external requirements.

  • Lead training, communications, and change management initiatives to embed the usage of Archer, ensuring it is the source of truth for risk data.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance risk data analytics, automation, and dashboarding.

  • Provide direct support to the Group Head of Enterprise Risk and Compliance and the Chief Risk Officer.


Experience and Qualifications


  • Extensive experience in enterprise governance, risk management, or incident management, within financial services or a regulated industry.

  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., CPS 230, CPS 234).

  • Proven leadership in system implementation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into operational reality, through delegation, managing team performance, creating accountability, and aligning systems and processes.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for change and influence change and lead continuous improvement initiatives.


Key to your success will be your ability to develop and leverage strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. You will lead the consolidation of a critical platform which supports our Risk practice both now and into the future.
