Job summary

On Group Australia is seeking a Head of Procurement to own and lead the procurement function, setting sourcing strategy for materials, goods, and services. You will report to the General Manager and build a capability that delivers cost competitiveness, supply security and quality.

You will drive local and overseas sourcing, forge strategic supplier partnerships, manage risk, and ensure governance, quality, and operational alignment across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement experience, including leadership experience.
• Experience developing and delivering procurement strategy.
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing, supply chain and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead local and overseas sourcing including global supplier base.
• Build and govern long-term supplier partnerships and negotiate major contracts.
