As the Head of Operations – Collections Services, you’ll lead and optimise operational delivery across multiple sites, ensuring revenue, client satisfaction, and compliance targets are consistently met. Your strategic leadership will drive capability, engagement, and a high-performance culture that empowers teams to succeed and deliver outstanding results.

In this senior role, you’ll partner with key stakeholders to grow market share, strengthen client relationships, and embed best practices that deliver sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Location: Brisbane or Sydney preferred, with flexibility to travel as required.
