Renumeration: $70,000 - $80,000 pro – rated for a 25 hour working week.

REMAX Aspire is expanding, and we are searching for a creative, ambitious, and highly skilled Head of Marketing to lead our brand presence across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help shape the identity and growth of a high-performing real estate team.

About the Role

As our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for elevating the REMAX Aspire brand through innovative campaigns, seamless content creation, and exceptional marketing execution. You will be the driving force behind our digital presence, print collateral, and brand consistency, working closely with our media partners and internal team.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-driven, creative, and confident in taking ownership of all marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, create, and optimise Facebook Ads and paid social campaigns
  • Oversee and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads
  • Liaise directly with our virtual assistant (VA) to delegate tasks, manage workflow, and ensure marketing operations run smoothly
  • Design and keep updated/fresh high-quality brochures templates, DL flyers templates, social tiles, weekly newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Maintain brand templates, systems, and marketing frameworks
  • Liaise directly with our Media Team to coordinate brand shoots, lifestyle photography, team content, and video shoots
  • Onboard new staff members, including booking and coordinating brand shoots and setting up marketing assets
  • Produce engaging in-office content ideas to involve the team and enhance brand culture
  • Travel to our second office location located in Tanah Merah once every 1–2 weeks to capture staff content, and local marketing material
  • Manage brand consistency across digital and print platforms
  • Work closely with sales agents on property marketing briefs and campaign delivery
  • Assist with event marketing, community initiatives, and brand activations
  • Manage marketing budgets, scheduling, and reporting as required
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising
  • Confident across all major social media platforms
  • Graphic design capability (Canva required; Adobe Suite highly regarded)
  • Strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and detail
  • Video editing skills preferred for social media videos (Capcut or Edits etc)
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Real estate marketing experience highly desirable but not essential
