Job summary

Rabobank Australia is seeking a seasoned Head of Risk Governance & Frameworks to lead risk governance across Australia and New Zealand. This senior role reports to the Regional Head of Integrated Risk and drives the strategy, framework design, and risk culture in a complex, globally matrixed environment.

You will shape enterprise-wide risk governance, connect strategy with risk appetite, and provide oversight to senior stakeholders including the Board, executives and regulators.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior experience in banking and risk management.
• Demonstrated success leading risk governance, policy and framework activities.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Risk Management Strategy and Appetite across ANZ.
• Oversee enterprise-wide risk governance and assurance to the Board and senior management.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Risk Governance & Frameworks team.
