A disability services provider in Melbourne is seeking a Head of Disability Operations. As part of our continued growth, CareChoice is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Head of Disability Operations. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high‑quality disability services, ensuring that every client receives tailored support aligned with their individual goals, aspirations and funding arrangements.
The Head of Disability will champion service excellence across all programs, leading frontline teams to consistently deliver outcomes that reflect CareChoice's core values and model of care. Success in this role will be measured by strong staff performance, high retention rates and sustained referrals from our key valued partners.
Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Partnerships, and other key stakeholders – together with your operational team to ensure a seamless client journey – from initial intake through to long‑term program implementation.
Exceptional written communication is essential, as the role involves producing a range of high‑level documentation to external and internal stakeholders.
