Job summary

Asahi Beverages is seeking a senior Customer Marketing leader to drive integrated plans across Away From Home and On Premise channels in Melbourne. You will align customer priorities with channel strategy and commercial goals to deliver sustainable growth.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with Sales and strategic customers, and translate insights into actionable activity and measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Customer Marketing or Trade Marketing within FMCG/beverage sectors.
• Proven ability to develop customer and channel strategies and annual plans.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and ROI evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated customer and channel plans using insights.
• Own annual planning and customer activity calendar for key channels.
• Prioritise activity based on strategic alignment and ROI.
• Partner with Sales to shape Joint Business Plans and reviews.
• Direct customer marketing budgets and post-implementation reviews.
• Own the operating model and planning frameworks for consistency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Marketing team (x5).
