Job description

Want the opportunity to build, scale, and direct the personal brand of Forbes’ #1 Business Mentor in Australia and AFR Young Rich Lister with 1.2M Instagram followers?

We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic, and highly capable Head of Content to lead the content engine for the Aaron Sansoni Group International (ASG). This is a senior role for someone who knows how to run a content machine end‑to‑end while still being willing to jump in, shoot, edit, direct, and travel when needed to ensure the content pipeline never slows down.

This role blends content strategy, production leadership, and direct execution. You will be the owner of Aaron’s entire content ecosystem across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, ensuring that every week, high‑quality content is planned, captured, edited, published, and performing.

You’ll be working directly with Aaron and leading a small team including a videographer and short‑form editor. You will guide them, but you’ll also be in the trenches with them to ensure the strategic direction is met and the content output stays elite.

This is not a typical “content manager” role. This is a leadership role for someone who can operate at a high strategic level while also rolling up their sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get world‑class content out the door.

About Aaron Sansoni Group International

The Aaron Sansoni Group is one of Australia’s leading success stories. Founded by Aaron Sansoni, Forbes’ #1 Business Mentor in Australia, AFR Young Rich Lister, serial investor and entrepreneur behind 200+ companies worth over $250M, ASG empowers entrepreneurs and business leaders worldwide.

Aaron has mentored 700,000+ students across 135 countries and 150+ industries, cementing his reputation as a global authority on building business empires.

Now, we are expanding rapidly and building a dream team of top talent. If you’re creative, strategic, and thrive on bringing ideas to life through content, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do
  • Own and Lead the Content Strategy and Output
  • Take full ownership of ASG’s long‑form and short‑form content output across all major platforms
  • Build, maintain, and enforce a weekly content calendar
  • Define content pillars, angles, and themes that match Aaron’s brand, voice, and strategic goals
  • Extract content ideas from Aaron’s trainings, events, interviews, podcasts, books, past footage, and internal IP to fuel the ongoing long‑form and short‑form content pipeline
  • Manage Aaron’s podcast pipeline by sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating podcast interview opportunities that align with brand strategy, and oversee content repurposing from each appearance
  • Ensure consistent and high‑volume publishing across all channels
Hands‑On Content Creation

Even with a videographer and editor on your team, you must be capable of:

  • Filming Aaron directly (direct‑to‑camera, interviews, BTS, event content)
  • Shooting content when the videographer is unavailable or during fast‑moving situations
  • Editing short‑form content when required
  • Jumping into long‑form editing workflows where needed to maintain weekly output (must be a creator at heart, even though this is a leadership role.)
Lead the Content Production Team
  • Direct, guide, and manage the videographer and short‑form editor
  • Provide briefs, oversee their work, and ensure their output meets brand standards
  • Maintain quality control across every platform and every asset
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaigns, hooks, and content integration
Repurpose, Systemise, and Scale Content
  • Implement a structured repurposing system (long‑form content into short‑form clips)
  • Maintain the content library (A‑roll, B‑roll, thumbnails, platform‑specific cuts)
  • Oversee script outlines, hooks, thumbnails, and metadata optimisation
Long‑Form YouTube Leadership
  • Oversee weekly YouTube video production (pillar content, podcast bookings, vlogs, interviews, keynote assets)
  • Work with Aaron on building retention‑driven formats and concepts
  • Prioritise powerful moments during filming for future repurposing
Capture Content On The Move
  • Travel with Aaron to selected events to capture high‑value content
  • Capture spontaneous content that aligns with brand direction
  • Ensure travel days still result in usable and publishable content
Analysis, Reporting, and Innovation
  • Track content performance across all channels
  • Optimise based on insights, retention data, engagement, audience feedback, and trends
  • Constantly bring new ideas, formats, hooks, and innovations to keep the brand ahead of the curve
About You
  • 3+ years in content creation, digital production, or social media management
  • Proven experience editing high‑performing short‑form content
  • Comfortable directing talent on camera and running filming sessions
  • Strong technical competence with video equipment, lighting, framing, and audio
  • Hands‑on editing skills across Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Experience running long‑form YouTube content
  • Strong understanding of social algorithms, virality triggers, and content psychology
  • Highly organised with elite attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and high expectations
  • Comfortable travelling on occasion to film content at events
  • Creative, strategic, practical, and able to take extreme ownership over output
  • Thrives in an environment where the bar is set high and results are the measure
  • Subsidised gym membership
  • Access to dedicated training and development materials
  • Quarterly experience days for charity, team bonding, or adventure
  • Three‑month onboarding and training program
  • 1–2 days work-from-home available
  • Access to all of Aaron Sansoni Group's on-demand training and programmes
  • Family and friend discounts to live training
  • Career progression opportunities across Aaron’s companies
