Job description

The Role

You will be responsible for driving national growth and service delivery across high end commercial buildings, including base building and tenancy cleaning. Ensuring contracts run smoothly and efficiently and national services delivered in line with contracts and company budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing national contracts, agreeing SLAs, and client engagement.
• Leading teams delivering day-to-day cleaning service delivery across commercial buildings.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Driving performance through KPIs and nonstop improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in cleaning management at GM or State manager level, working across the high-end commercial building sector (base build and tenancy).
• Experience managing state-wide or national contracts and large, diverse workforces.
• Have a strong knowledge of cleaning standards and methods within high end commercial buildings.
• Have a solid understanding of commercial contracts, SLA’s and commercial building cleaning or soft FM.
• Prior experience managing contracts or stakeholder relationships with major commercial property portfolios (e.g. Dexus, Charter Hall, Brookfield Properties and Fraser Property Group, Centuria Capital Group, amongst others).
