St Paul’s College in Adelaide seeks a Head of Co-Curricular to lead and continually enhance the school's co-curricular program, delivering diverse sporting and non-sporting opportunities that promote participation, achievement and wellbeing. You will work with students, families and staff to plan events, manage resources, and engage external partners to foster leadership and excellence.

This permanent, part-time role (0.85 FTE) requires weekend mornings during sports season and starts 12 October

Responsibilities

• The Head of Co-Curricular is responsible for coordinating the delivery, promotion and continuous improvement of the College's co-curricular program. The role ensures the provision of diverse, high-quality sporting and non-sporting opportunities that support student participation, achievement, wellbeing and leadership.
• Working collaboratively with students,families,staff, coaches, volunteers and external partners, the Head of Co-Curricular oversees program planning, events, resources, communication,complianceand stakeholder engagement. The role fosters a culture of participation, inclusion and excellence while ensuring co-curricular programsoperateeffectively and align with the College's educational priorities and commitment to holistic studentdevelopment.
