IMC Trading is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to act as the sole liaison with Chinese exchanges, brokers, data centers and technology providers. The role focuses on technology, with cross-functional collaboration across trading, legal, risk, and operations for day-to-day interactions and requirements triage.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in financial institutions or trading tech, strong tech infrastructure knowledge, and Mandarin-English fluency.

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
• 5+ years of experience in financial institutions, brokers, exchanges or trading tech.
• Strong understanding of technology and physical infrastructure used by global trading firms.
• Prior experience related to Chinese financial markets is highly preferred.
• Based in Sydney or Hong Kong; willingness to travel to Sydney regularly if based in HK.

Responsabilidades

• Act as IMC’s single point of contact for day-to-day interactions with Chinese exchanges, brokers, data centers and other partners.
• Collect and triage requirements from internal technical, legal, compliance and Ops teams, translating them into clear external asks.
• Represent IMC externally and drive issues to closure (market data lines, rack space negotiations, docs).
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with counterparts across exchanges, brokers and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve IMC’s infrastructure and network setup in collaboration with trading and infra teams.
