St Andrew's Cathedral School in Sydney is seeking a strategic Director of Admissions to lead the enrolment journey from enquiry to enrolment and to drive growth through innovative strategies and exceptional family service.

You will oversee the admissions team, partner with Marketing and Community Engagement, and ensure data-informed decisions that align with the School's vision and values. Experience with CRM platforms and First Nations pathways is highly regarded.

• Experience delivering measurable growth in admissions and enrolments.
• Strong analytical skills across forecasting, performance reporting and customer insights.
• Proven leadership of customer-facing teams and building a culture of accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an integrated enrolment growth strategy identifying new markets, partnerships and recruitment opportunities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Admissions team.
• Improve enquiry, application and enrolment conversion through proactive relationship management and clear service standards.
• Use market intelligence, demographic analysis and enrolment forecasts to inform planning and decision-making.
• Strengthen admissions systems, CRM capability and reporting to the Head of School and School Council.
• Collaborate with school leaders to improve family satisfaction, retention and community advocacy.
• Deliver engaging tours, admissions events and communications with Marketing and Community Engagement partners.
• Support culturally responsive enrolment pathways for First Nations families, including collaboration with the Gawura School Engagement Officer.
