Job summary

The Yard Gym Newcastle invites energetic fitness professionals to join its opening team as Head Coach or Senior Coach. You will lead group fitness programs and foster a motivating, high-energy environment for clients and staff alike.

We welcome candidates with at least 2 years in the industry, Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coaching, and a reliable vehicle. Early mornings and evenings availability is essential for shifts and growth.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with minimum 2 years experience in the industry or a similar role.
• Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coaching required.
• Must have own transport and be available for early mornings and/or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of fitness programs and group classes.
• Contribute to innovative offerings at The Yard.
• Help clients achieve health and wellness goals.
