The Position
  • Hands‑on role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading a team to deliver exceptional daily meals and events
  • Oversee catering operations and stock controls, ensuring OH&S and HACCP compliance with a strong focus on minimising waste
  • Manage food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processes
  • Champion food safety and quality, with close attention to allergens and dietary requirements
The Person
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within high‑volume or structured environments
  • Confident leader with proven experience in training, developing, and engaging teams
  • Expert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
