Job description

Who are we?

In that time, we’ve gone from three founders to a crew of over one hundred, built four venues across Australia and cemented ourselves as one of the country’s most recognisable craft brands.

Why Work with Us?

At Pirate Life, we’re passionate about crafting human connections. We go beyond creating spaces and beverages – we build memorable experiences and welcome people from all walks of life. To achieve this, we want Pirate Life to be the best place to work in the industry – both in beer and hospitality.

We believe great hospitality doesn’t need to be complicated. At our Market St. Beer Hall, it all comes together: exceptional fresh beer, bold food, quality wine, and a hospitality experience that makes everyone feel welcome. Open, loud, smoky, and full of energy, it’s a true reflection of our passion for vibrant, high-energy dining.

We’re all about investing in our people. From paid training and balanced rosters to personal development and progression, growth, learning, collaboration, and teamwork is what you can expect when you join the crew.
