Job summary

Ate Is Enough Catering is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen across Caulfield and Hampton, Melbourne. You will drive menu development, maintain exceptional food quality and foster a positive, productive working environment for a busy team.

As a hands-on kitchen leader, you will manage stock, controls costs, ensure food safety and compliance, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding catering experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and support a kitchen team.
• Experience in menu planning, development and maintaining quality.
• Excellent kitchen management, stock control and cost management skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen.
• Hands-on approach with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
