Job summary

Kingpin Crown, Crown Melbourne, Crown Entertainment Complex in Southbank, Victoria, is seeking a Head Chef to lead our food & beverage department at Kingpin Crown. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to deliver memorable experiences from casual visits to trivia nights and events, while upholding exceptional quality and service.

We want a hands-on kitchen commander who runs a department like a well‑oiled machine, stays calm under pressure, and inspires pride in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of a busy kitchen.
• Ability to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
