Position Overview

The Head Badminton Coach is responsible for leading and developing the Abbotsleigh Badminton Program, fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging environment where students can develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the sport. Working closely with the Director of Sport, the Head Coach will provide technical expertise, mentor coaches, oversee player development and support the overall success of the badminton program.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with school-aged students and a commitment to developing both participation and performance outcomes within a school sporting environment.

This is a casual role, offering 10-15 hours per week during the badminton season.
