Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Penfield, SA is seeking an MR/HR Driver to deliver Asahi beverages to customer sites with safety, security and on-time performance. You will complete local metro deliveries and pickups, ensuring quality service and strong client relations.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm, with opportunities for training, growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A current MR or HR licence is required.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.
• Ability to provide a recent Driving Record and undergo Security Clearance.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to meet delivery schedules and time constraints.
• Professional presentation and pride in your work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete local metro deliveries and pickups.
• Deliver Asahi consignments to customer sites including DCs, shopping centres, wholesalers, and businesses.
• Safely load/unload trucks manually and secure loads in line with company procedures.
• Carry out pre-start checks and maintain accurate records using a PDA.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Ensure secure and timely delivery of items within set timeframes.
• Follow safety, compliance and security requirements at all times.
• Perform occasional shuttle runs or ad hoc deliveries as required.
