Job summary

North East Recruitment is helping a client in the building industry hire a driver to deliver products to building sites in the Central West. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with home life in mind, and enjoy the benefits of sick leave, annual leave and public holidays as a permanent employee.

You would unload the truck using HIAB; HC licence plus forklift licence are required. You’ll operate in a team with sales, manufacturing and logistics to satisfy customers, start and finish at reasonable

Qualifications

• HC licence required for heavy vehicle duties.
• Forklift licence required for loading/unloading tasks.
• Experience with HIAB lifting equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to building sites across the Central West.
• Unload trucks using truck-mounted HIAB.
• Work with sales, manufacturing and logistics teams to satisfy customers.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with company policies.
• Start and finish at reasonable times, with potential overtime.

My client is associated with the building industry and is a very stable and successful Company.

This role involves delivering product onto building sites in the Central West.

I receive lots of applications from Drivers who want to get out of the grind of long-haul driving. With this job you would work normal hours Monday to Friday so you can be at home living a normal life. The rate for this job is lower than say Interstate driving but you are employed as a permanent employee with all the benefits of sick leave, annual leave and public holidays.

You would unload the truckusing truck mounted HIAB, experience with that is an advantage.

HC licence PLUS Forklift Licence required.

You would be working in a team environment where sales, manufacturing and logistics work hand in glove to satisfy the customers. You are part of a team.

Start and finish at a reasonable time every day.

Some overtime is available and you can be paid for this OR bank it to have time off.
