1800 Drivers is seeking a skilled HC truck driver for night-changeover runs starting at Minchinbury and traveling to Parkes. You will manage hitching trailers, driving tautliners, and performing changeovers with a focus on safety and reliability.

Role includes occasional load/unload duties paid per task, with most trips on dry tautliner trailers or containers. Night schedule begins around 7pm, with paid Tarcutta changeovers on higher-rate itineraries.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current HC licence and have a valid Road Traffic History Report.
• Minimum 2 years HC driving and changeover experience required.
• Safety-first approach with reliable and punctual work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Operate and complete changeovers on interstate runs as scheduled.
• Deliver palletised general freight, including tautliner and potentially refrigerated trailers.
• Handle pickups, hitch/unhitch trailers, and return trips with minimal supervision.
• Occasional loading/unloading paid per task; majority of trips are tautliner or containers.
